Wanderlust

Protected Geographical Indication Slopes of Paiko (PGI)

A gastronomic rosé with depth and aging potential. Made from hand-selected grapes and crafted with minimal intervention, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation with no additives or filtering. Elegant, complex, and true to its natural character.

VINIFICATION

Grapes are carefully hand-selected, crushed, and left to macerate in the press for two hours. Once the desired color is achieved, the berries are pressed, and the juice is transferred to an INOX tank for spontaneous fermentation. No additives, fining, or filtering are used, and only a very low amount of sulfur is added before bottling.

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES

This rosé wine has a light color with orange hints and low turbidity. It is very aromatic on the nose, with notes of small red fruits, cherries, and tomatoes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and aromatic, with crisp acidity and a long aftertaste.
