MIGMA PETNAT

Varietal wine

A lively natural sparkling wine, Migma PetNat blends organically and biodynamically grown 50% Muscat with 50% Malagousia from the light, sandy clay soils of Goumenissa. After a 4-day skin maceration on the Muscat, the two varieties co-ferment spontaneously in INOX tanks, with no additives, fining, or filtration. Bottled while fermanting to capture its natural sparkle, it rests on the lees for 6 months before being hand-disgorged. No sulfur added. Bursting with aromas of peach, white-fleshed fruit, and elderflower, it’s full-bodied, vibrant, and refreshingly effervescent—with bold acidity and persistent bubbles.

VINIFICATION

Skin maceration takes place for Muscat over 1 night before the juices from the 2 varieties are put together and spontaneous co-fermentation is allowed to take place between Muscat and Malagousia in INOX tanks. No additions, fining or filtering occur. The wine is bottled while fermenting in order to finish the alcoholic fermentation in the bottle, making it naturally sparkling. It remains in contact with the lees for 6 months in the bottle and then it is manually disgorged. No sulfur is added.
